Your own Global Account Manager leading local teams
Focused on ensuring that your business needs are met at all levels, your Global Account Management team includes an Account, Design and Service Manager.
On your behalf, your Global Account Manager:
- Facilitates engagement and sales interaction at a worldwide level
- Acts as a single point of contact for your multinational needs
- Ensures that the technical, design and service requirements are understood and delivered globally
- Gains an intimate understanding of your business to ensure we can support you in achieving your strategic objectives
- Devises and agrees a global account plan with you
- Project manages multi-country sales solutions
- Standardises and coordinates global information reporting
- Understands your global technology requirements and sets up informative global 'technology days.'
In tandem with this work, each Local Account Manager will:
- Manage your team in that country to ensure the smooth running of the account
- Devise and propose service development initiatives
- Advise on areas such as service enhancement within their country
- Implement any improvements agreed to on a local level
- Regularly review national performance and attend national service review meetings
- Support the Global Account Manager on implementing your agreed global strategy.
